Having Trouble Downloading GT

Hello,

I am having trouble downloading GT. I received a download link with my purchase but it errored out before complete. Then when i attempt to use it again it says "FILE ALREADY DOWNLOAD"
I attempted to use what i believe is the download link here but well I'm writing this so it's obvious it's either

A: Not the correct link
B: Just not working

Any assistance would be greatly....

I'm having the same problem with the link failing before download complete and then getting the message that it has already downloaded.
