I DO what you say and I look at the tutorials but I have this problem when I press build button . I press the button after say to me do you want to change metric/cm? I say yes( or no) after make problem can you help me.

just go to the material tab and update the gtmatlib (bottom right)

yes I'm doing what you say but when I press the update button after material tab is freezing and after I can't press to the any button from the material tab how can I do that THANK YOU.

the [Unknown property: "count" in undefined ] error is when you haven't updated your matlib.
Updating it can be memory intensive, a thing you can do is replace all the maps with smaller versions.
